# SQL-006 Policy ownership system lookup

Calls the Oracle PL/SQL function `pk73102_policy.does_wcis_own_submission` inline via `SELECT ... FROM DUAL` to determine which system owns a policy submission; the result is parsed to `Boolean` and mapped by the caller to `Enums.PolicyOwnershipSystems.WCIS` or `.SAIFQuote`.
